Sore throat which arise when you have problem with swallowing, fever, headache and pain in the bones and muscles, are indicators for decreased immune system. The inhalation is very effective for sore throat. You have to boil three cups of hot water and add lemon tea bag, chamomile and ginger tea. Leave it cool down. Try if the steam is very hot. You will need one teaspoon of grated fresh ginger, one tablespoon of honey, lemon juice and 250 ml of hot water. Put the fresh ginger into a bowl and pour it with hot water. You can also try to cure the sore throat with lemon. If you eat two slices of lemon but without the peel, you will prevent the occurrence of angina.

The easiest way is to make a drink with milk and cinnamon. You will have to mix sugar, baking soda and a little cinnamon. When you finish with this, add 250ml of milk. Just stir this mixture and drink it.
